Help and contact for Days Since
Getting started
Days Since does two things. Events count up: log something you do from time to time — a chore, a habit, a health note, some home maintenance — and see the days since you last did it. Log it again whenever it happens, and the history is kept. Reminders count down: add birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and other dates, and see how many days are left, with optional alerts before the day.
Common questions
- Is it private? Yes — no account, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud.
- Do I need an account? No. There's no sign-up or login.
- Does it sync to my other devices? Yes, through your private iCloud — your iPhone and iPad stay in sync automatically.
- Is there a subscription? No. It's free to start, with a single one-time Days Since Pro unlock for unlimited events and reminders.
- Can I import from my calendar? Yes — optionally bring in birthdays and recurring dates. Calendar access is used only for import.
- Why aren't my reminders notifying me? Check that notifications are allowed for Days Since in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that an alert time is set on the reminder.
- How do I restore Pro on a new device? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase.
Delete your data
Days Since has no account and no server, so your data is yours to remove directly:
- Delete individual events or reminders inside the app.
- Delete the app from your device to remove its local data.
- Remove the app's iCloud data in iOS Settings (your Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account Storage) to clear the synced copy across your devices.
